Nova Satellite Membership Option
If you are a coach or swimmer that would like to receive our monthly practices via email then consider becoming a Nova Satellite Member. The cost is $100 a year to get our monthly PDF of practices sent via email.
Satellite Members are also welcome to register as a Nova Masters swimmer with USMS and compete with the team at meets and be included on relays. This is not a REQUIREMENT, as several swimmers and coaches who compete for other teams would just like to receive our practices for motivation.
If you do register with USMS as a Nova Swimmer and compete at our regional or national chammpionships you also reveive a Nova Masters T-shirt and swim cap.

I was out of the water for 19 years. Inspired by the Olympics I found myself back in, competing it and loving it. The Nova Masters's coaches are great. They are knowledgeable and supporting. I'm almost as fast as high-school - but not college. ;)
